Purpose of the job:
? to manage the special raw material categories and suppliers in Asia, and to implement relevant category sourcing strategy of Raflatac group, which is a regional role in supporting Filmic and Specialty business.
? Report to : Sourcing Manager, Asia Pacific.
Key tasks
? Create regional category sourcing strategies together with cross-functional teams
? Developsupplymarketknowledge
? Establish category specific know-how (products, usage, performance)
? Lead the specialty product qualification process for new solutions, substitutions, suppliers
? Lead the negotiation process with regional suppliers
? Lead supplier relationship management and development programs and performance follow-up
? Create and maintains effective communication network, both externally and internally
? Regionspecificreporting

Requirements
? Understanding of label stock products, or paper/printing/polymer filmicrelated industries.
? Knowledge of sourcing and contracting processes
? Negotiations and presentationskills
? Willingness to work both self-initiated and as team member
? Influencing skills in a regional, multi-functional organization
? Strong networking and relationship building capabilities
? Ability to handle miscellaneous tasks in one time
? University degree or equivalent professional qualification
? 5+yearsrelevantexperience
? Fluency in both Chinese and English
