岗位职责：

1、根据部门销售目标，协助销售主管制定并执行销售计划；

2、产品资料编辑上架，挖掘产品卖点，分析关键词维护优化listing页面

3、熟悉Amazon平台规则，运用促销推广工具和方法，适时调整销售策略提升排名；

4、分析竞品市场，收集竞争对手信息并研究，反馈给供应端改良和开发新品；

5、订单的跟踪，对客户所下订单的数量及质量进行相关的监督；确保及时发货跟客户好评率。跟踪产品库存结构，及时提交合理备货需求、缺货产品及时下架；

6、了解amazon平台的安全风险政策，懂得如何去规避风险，避免账号收到警告；

7、定期统计销售数据分析，及时提交给销售主管，改善下一步销售计划。

8 .回复客户邮件，解决售前、售后问题，处理纠纷等

任职资格：

1.大专及以上学历，英语四级以上，英语写作流利；

2.有半年或以上亚马逊平台实际操作经验，熟悉亚马逊平台的交易流程及Amazon市场产品运营方法及技巧，

3. 熟悉Amazon政策和规定，合理规避风险，有效维护公司利益，有打造爆款成功经验者优先；

4.工作积极主动、细心负责，执行力强，有良好的团队合作精神及沟通能力；

5. 具良好的数据分析能力，品牌产品推广能力

6.有亚马逊资深运营管理经验优先。
