•  Act as main contact window towards customers and suppliers for all quality matters ？
• Take full ownership on handling quality complaints towards customers and suppliers, until final clarification of claim cost and defect parts disposition, according to process “claim management” in IMS ？
• Perform first level analysis of defect part, including using CML internal laboratory equipment
• Ensure that a comprehensible 8D report with adequate level of root cause analysis and effective corrective actions is provided on due date to customer
•  If needed, coordinate containment actions (sorting, rework), with support from i-Sales and Logistics ？
• Prepare inspection plan for sorting initiated by claims and performed by CML QC team or external company ？
• Handle return shipments (from customers to CML) and return deliveries (from CML to factories) via AP+ ？
• Document and record all claim related information in relevant file space, Babtec or AP+ ？
• Support Customer Quality Manager for the review of customer quality contracts ？
• Support Sales / iSales departments for any quality related topics (e.g. REACH, RoHS) ？
• Check PPAP and outgoing report and upload in AP+ 
• Contribute to continuous improvement of claim handling process to increase its efficiency and automation level
•  Join regularly customer visits (quality reviews, quality incident meetings), strengthen relationship with

       customer

•  Join occasionally factory visits (customer audit), increase knowledge of PCB production and potential failure

        causes

•  Manage the QC inspectors and assign daily task in resident factory and business travelling ？
• Supervise and monitor outgoing quality check and create weekly report; request and follow the corrective actions from factory ？
• Monitor and control implementation of supplier commitments
• Monitor and follow-up SPE/NPI projects by joining the kick-off meeting, on-site process monitor (if necessary) and outgoing inspector, and follow up the quality claims from customer

   

  

  

•  Profound knowledge of PCB technologies and their manufacturing processes, incl. market context, impacts of various board configurations, layout and construction ？
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team with pro-active, self-motivated, diligent and responsible
• manner
•  Superior analytical and problem-solving skills to assess and manage complex situations ？
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work with people at all levels ？
• Strong counselling skills and the ability to influence business partners in critical situation to obtain consensus ？
• Strong organizing and prioritizing, accurate and efficient with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
• Excellent command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
