Position Summary:

This position is responsible for conducting supplier, EMS partner and service provider audits (qualification, re-qualification, potential and for cause) on behalf of SONOS. This position is also responsible for complying with SONOS auditing program, policies and strategies and ensuring company compliance to regulations, internal procedures and policies.

Manage internal and external audit program to ensure alignment with all applicable regulations and SONOS Policies and Procedures

Prepare proper audit framework and checklist(s) so that audits are conducted consistently and objectively. Build audit schedules and manage adherence

Identifying opportunities to help assure high quality standards for products and compliance with prevailing regulatory laws and requirements and current SONOS policies

Utilize expertise of quality systems, data integrity, CSR requirements to conduct audits and provide Gap analyses and Risk assessments

Write audit reports with findings and action items and identifying their significance. Maintain the records and reports

Monitor system performance through applicable Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and report performance to leadership

Promote continual improvement in the auditing

Support other quality systems and projects as needed

Qualifications/Skills/Experience

Undergraduate degree in engineering, science, or other degree with applicable experience

Certified Quality Auditor (Lead auditor certification preferred)

Related experience should be in one or more of the following disciplines: Audit, Quality Assurance, Quality Control,

6 - 8 years of relevant experience in auditing,

In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, social responsibility audits (EICC/ CSR) and the requirements.
