职位描述
Responsibility
- Follow up & adhere TI Service Desktop support SOP to fulfill SLA delivery, finish comprehensive case log for management review
- Comply with TI Information Security policies & standards
- Analytic and efficient investigation & trouble shooting to achieve root cause problem resolving
- Case sharing with knowledge base updating, comply with TI documentation SOP
- Lead and facilitate IT issue escalation & collaboration with higher level expert team or 3rd party support, to facilitate final resolution
- User service and communication for issue resolution progress update, and render user satisfaction
- Promptly & efficient VIP support & resolution, to render VIP’s satisfaction
- VIP support and standby during non-business hours
- Project base support to achieve IT deployment
Requirements
- University degree or above
- 3+ years experience in IT or onsite Helpdesk service support
- Complete knowledge & skill of IT deployment and trouble shooting in AD/Domain environment and MS Office suit application
- Experienced in analytic trouble shooting methodology in IT
- Strong communication skill, softskill and customer service orient awareness to
- Strong team work mindset and coordination ability to achieve team objectives
- Ability to execute project oriented tasks & activities, basic knowledge to collaborate and coordinate project execution
- CCNA, MCSE, or ITIL preferred
Base salary, 4000-4500RMB/per month + 200 mobile expense
