Role Summary：You will guarantee the fulfillment of sourcing and purchasing missions in order to optimize our operation and the given targets (cost, quality, etc.)

    

    

职位描述：

1. Manage and structure the purchasing department to increase the efficiency of people and processes
2. Manager the relation with suppliers on strategic topics (key quality claims, products specifications implements, etc.)
3. Develop and apply efficient purchasing method and protocol, with relevant KPI to evaluate the impacts
4. Handle the SRM (Supplier Relationship Management)
5. Identify, source and develop new suppliers
6. Identify and update market trends (supply, pricing , policies, export volumes, new projects, etc.)
7. Negotiate and optimize terms and conditions with existing and new suppliers (pricing, contracts, payment terms, etc.)
8. Ensure the contracts are fulfilled (lead time, costing, etc.) in coordination with the sales operation team

任职要求：

1. Minimum 8 yrs with proven track records in sourcing/purchasing/trading role in commodities, raw materials from semiconductor, telecom, automotive, consumer electronics industries, etc.
2. Result oriented, can work under pressure and within tight deadlines
3. Proactive, Solution provider, Rigorous
4. Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills
5. Fluent in English and Mandarin.
