Job Description：Senior Product Engineer

Toprequirement：Strong Java language development ability（the main technology stack, such as spring, hibernate, mqtt）

Responsibilities

a. Work with hardware supplier in fulfilling project order; initiate hardware production and delivery. Provide feedback to supplier on hardware problems encountered and future design modification.

b. Liaise with client in smooth project delivery, including: project management, installation of hardware on site; loading of software; configuration; setting up of account and network.

c. Provide technical help to clients on daily operations, problem report and logging on Ai.U products.

d. Assist Ai.U’s Development, Hardware and Product Team by providing technical problem analysis, suggestions and solutions, hence completing the product QC cycle.

e. Establish product order fulfilment, implementation, support and QC procedures.

f. Assist company growth in the future establishment of the Operations and Support Team.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 5 year experience in the product engineer/support role of a IT hardware system

2. Relevant academic background in information systems, computer science, or computer engineering

3. Strong in Java, SQL

4. Knowledge in Linux Operating System

5. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills

6. Good client/vendor management skills and communication skills. Fluent in English. Additional knowledge in Mandarin will be preferential.

7. Strong team player with initiative and leadership

d、 协助Ai.U的开发、硬件和产品团队提供技术问题分析、建议和解决方案，从而完成产品质量控制周期。

e、 建立产品订单履行、执行、支持和质量控制程序。

f、 协助公司未来发展，建立运营支持团队。

要求

1、至少5年IT硬件系统产品工程师/支持工作经验

2、信息系统、计算机科学或计算机工程相关学术背景

3、精通Java语言，熟练使用SQL

4、掌握Linux操作系统知识

5、优秀的解决问题和分析能力

6、良好的客户/供应商管理技能和沟通能力。英语流利，其他普通话知识优先。

7、具有较强的团队合作精神和领导能力
