Job Role:

 - Manage the R&D engineering team in Shenzhen.  

 - Lead Engineer in designing, improving and customising LED lights 

 - Strong awareness of pricing components and suppliers for prototypes 

 - Testing and reporting results in line with best practice

 - Documenting, reporting and protecting Intellectual Property and certifications

 - Work with Sales Manager, Marketing and Engineers to serve customer needs 

 - Investigate faulty products and support quality control 

 Job requirements:

 - 10+ years experience 

 - Good English speaking

 - Strong experience in LED factory environment 

 - Held a senior role with accountability and managed a team 

 - Experience with international management and company 

 - Relevant engineering degree

 - Willing to work in a startup environment 

 - Resourceful and problem solver 

 - Preferred: experience in horticulture lighting and grow light spectrums
