Responsibilities:

? Provide daily support to the Project Management team in all phases of the development of commercial global products
? Drive and coordinate development projects with cross functional teams and outside vendor
? Work with industrial designers, engineers, quality assurance, and other cross-functional teams to ensure developed products are manufactured to the highest quality and deadlines are met.
? Manage processes in the company's agile system.
? Provide support on all new product launch initiatives, including collecting product, pricing and forecast information and follow-up project status.
? Provide other operations support, including report generation and analysis if required.
? Perform other duties if required to meet business needs.



Education and Qualification Requirements:
? College or university degree is required
? Good computer skills with proficiency in office software and others
? Bilingual in conversation and writing (English - mandarin)
? Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural organization.
? Flexibility to manage multiple priorities and ability to work under limited resources support.
? Three years of cable area experience will be a plus.
