岗位职责Duties and Account Abilities

Duties and Account Abilities may change based on the business development or work adjustment.

cLegrand USA Key customer orders, BV and AP customer shipments arrangement

To cooperate with DI coordinator/BV sales to provide the logistics services, including but not limit for shipping, such as Milk Run, LCL, and FCL shipments operation etc.

• Based on Sales Order or Purchasing Order request, arrange shipping for ocean/air cargo.
• Book shipping space (Contact with customers forwarder, booking 7-20 days advance the Delivery date, get information from customers and suppliers to fulfill booking sheet. Prepare full shipping documents: Invoice/Packing list/CO or Form A/ B/L etc.)
• FCL/LCL operation & trailer arrangement (Arrange Milk Run transportation from suppliers to loading port or arrange LCL operation from factory to Customs Supervised Warehouse)
• Customs declaration (Prepare documents to Customs declaration agent or submit the documents to Customs directly for clearance.)
• Process inbound delivery, goods receiving step in SAP system.
• Transfer shipping information and documents to US office, BV office, AP sales relative dept and Finance Department and for payment settlement (B/L /Commercial Invoice /Packing list /Shipping information)
• Local charges, freight payment application.
• Other logistics services to support Legrand internal and external customers.

Vendor shipment monitoring

· Offer shipping instructions to all vendors.

· Follow up or coordinate for important or urgent air/ocean shipments.

· Monitor all vendor shipments, documents submission.

· Create Inbound Delivery in SAP for all None-DI order.

· Operate and coordinate for CFS consolidation containers.

岗位胜任要求Job requirements

Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

· Excellent verbal and communication skills

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Computer literate (MS Office) with experience in ERP, SAP is preferred.

· Proficient in domestic logistics operation, esp. the logistics operation for supply to national retailers of household appliance industry

· Exact, considerate and looking to the details.

· With a high sense of responsibility and work under pressure, work in team sales environment & Motivated, self-starter who desires success

Minimum Education and Experience Required:

· College degree or above, *** or ***,

· Min. 5-year logistics experience

Preferred Qualifications:

· Candidate with similar experience at famous TV brand or national household appliance chain store would be preferred.
