Responsibilities：

    

    

1. Find manufacturing partners to develop new products

    

    

2. Manage the creation and execution of the product specs from an existing product (private label) or from a concept.

    

    

3. Project manage all processes related to product development from sourcing to production.

    

    

4. Support the manager to identify new suppliers and perform periodical audits.

    

    

5. Explore new product opportunities to expand our product mix and find manufacturers and key component suppliers to support the product development process

    

    

6. To work with vendors, Headquarter and customer on the product design to hit the target

    

    

7. To carry out product development, engineering, and debug to meet product specifications and aesthetic requirements.

    

    

8. To handle the project, sample and special components sourcing and cost negotiation.

    

    

9. To provide technical support and debug as needed on project

    

    

10. To provide support to internal groups on any production output issues and material authorization review.

    

    

11. To monitor the schedule and provide on-site support from development start to mass production

    

    

12. To provide manufacturing support as needed after Production Start.

    

    

    

Required Qualifications & Experience

    

    

1. Strong product development background with a degree in Mechanical, electronics and communication discipline.

    

    

2. Able to work from concept drawing through development until production.

    

    

3. At least 5 years experiences in the consumer electronic industry.

    

    

4. Has knowledge in the consumer electronic industry standards

    

    

5. Fluent written and spoken English.

    

    

6. Flexible for fluent travel
