• Develop and deliver JGP inhouse assigned Leadership training programs/ TM related workshop 
• Support all learning/ training logistic when needed 
• Develop and delivery e-learning, virtual learning, webinar workshop and create learning methods 
• Participate in TM/learning improvement projects  
• Maintain learning policies, audit, evaluation, system and PowerBI platforms  
• Translation of English & Chinese learning materials 
• Support and manage Learning Management System
• Ad hoc OD related projects 

Talent Management(optional) : 

• Engaging with Career path project
• Maybe support on facilitating talent review/calibration
• Maybe support and Facilitating development dialog with hipos

Education & Experience Requirements

    - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred, Overseas degree is preferred.

    - Plus 2- 5 years experience in Training capacity. DDI Facilitation Certification preferred. 

- Strong stakeholder management

- Technology savvy(important)

    - “Can do” attitude and growth mindset(important)

    - Innovative and agile(important)

    - Proficient in English Speaking, Reading, Writing  and listening(important)

    - Strong Word, Excel, Powerpoint skill 

    - biz trip required 

    - Strong execution and good influencing skill
