职位描述
岗位职责：
1、根据业务类型需求做好铁路业务操作及运营保障工作；
2、负责日常接单工作，编制各类运输相关单证，处理相关异常，高峰应对等；
3、负责跟踪及更新货物运送信息，并及时反馈回复客户；协助业务及支持部门完善铁路运力采购，操作流程优化等制度并推行落地；
4、统计分析铁路运输相关数据及文件整理。
任职要求：
1、大专以上学历；
2、2年以上铁路操作经验，熟悉蓉欧保关，保税情况；
3、具备较强的整合资源、沟通协调能力以及良好的团队合作意识；
4、熟练掌握office办公软件。
