职责

1，协助salesmanager的所有订单跟进，根据salesmanager要求准备客户需要的资料

2，协调salesmanager进行采购部与国内销售部之间的项目对接，确保项目情况实时把控并及时

更新给salesmanager

3，确保所有office的订单采购部及时收到，并按时下给供应商，并将有问题的订单情况及时汇报

给salesmanager

4，协助salesmanager根据产品种类整理价格表

5，整理新产品信息表

6，检查采购部跟销售部的公司系统问题，并确保问题及时得到解决

7，协助处理跟物流和仓储部门的沟通和问题解决

8，协助salesmanager及时了解库存信息，及时预备新库存

岗位要求：英语读写能力良好, excel 运用灵活，良好的沟通能力，乐于学习，性格开朗，抗压能力强，能吃苦
