我们的客户是外资化工材料行业领导者，公司位于重庆市沙坪坝区。公司定于2013年投产，一期投资约5000万美金，占地1.6万平方米，该工厂总占地面积7万平米，主要产品为工程热塑塑料。公司的产品广泛应用于通讯、电器、电脑、汽车及仪表等行业。

Job Description

Primary Responsibility

· Responsible for Corporate EHSS initiatives, practice and standards are fully implemented to the site

· Lead or participate in various EHSS activities to promote EHSS culture and awareness. Establish effective systems, procedures and action plans to ensure the site EHSS compliance and performance up to company expectation

· Develop profession solution, budget and proposal for site EHSS improvement

· Perform daily inspection, regular auditing and review to identify non-conformances or potential risks and follow up corrective action plan with related functions

· Lead investigations for all EHSS incidents and work relevant owners to develop corrective or improvement action plan, timely report the incident case according to company policy.

· Keep organization updated about government new policy and regulation related to EHSS matters

· Provide EHSS awareness and professional knowledge/skill training for all functions in the site

· Ensure green field project and future expansion projects are in compliance with Corporate policy and local government policies or regulations

· Work with local government authorities to ensure the plant has all relevant working permits and licenses. Maintain a good working relationship with all local authorities.

· Participate in EHSS benchmarking and translate best practice to the site

Qualifications Requirement

· Bachelor Degree or above, major in EHSS, Environmental Protection or Chemical Engineering are preferred

· At least 8 years of EHSS working experience in MNC plants and 5 years of management experience

· Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Be proactive and team player

· Good training and presentation skill

· Familiar with ISO14001 and OHSAS18001, Safety Management System and Product Safety Knowledge

· Fluent English in both written and speaking
