PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Manage KGD (Wafer Probing) Equipment to sustain smooth production, including Prober, Tester, Sorter, Oven and Probe Card and etc.

2. Support line escalation for higher level equipment troubleshooting.

3. Perform new equipment and tooling installation and buyoff.

4. Kick off innovation projects with functional team to improve production Quality, Cost and Delivery, especially for System Automation, MMR, 6S and Equipment KPI’s.

5. Liaise with Prober, Tester, Sorter, Oven and Probe Card suppliers for equipment performance continuous improvement and innovations.

6. Spare parts control to ensure minimum stock and cost effective.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor degree with mechanical engineering and electrical engineering will be preferred.

2. Preferable minimum 8 years working experience in KGD (Wafer Probing) equipment area.

3. Excellent communication skill in Chinese/English.

4. Good team work and constructive problem solving skills.

5. Willing to work under pressure.
