销售经理——(被动元件)
职位要求：
1． 大学以上学历,电子、通讯或营销类相关专业毕业，至少3年以上同等职位或以上工作经验；
2． 有过直接带领团队经验；具有较全面的市场营销理论知识和销售培训经验;敢承担，能开拓者为佳；
3． 遵守公司各项规定，能带领团队完成公司制定的各项销售任务；
4． 熟悉客户心理、客户服务技巧,有丰富的客户管理、危机处理经验；
5． 良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力，思维敏捷，有责任心，有工作热情，懂白话及英文为佳；
6． 吃苦耐劳，有强烈的竞争意识，能积极地面对工作挑战；有良好的职业素质和个人形象、合作意识和团队精神。
