职位描述
1.Bachelor or Master degree in Chemical Engineering preferred. Textile engineering, mechanical engineering, industrial chemistry, polymer engineering will be considered.
2.At least 5 years relevant manufacturing working experience in polymer or synthetic fiber Manufacturing Process with knowledge in process equipment operation and maintenance, like reactors, heat exchangers, distillation columns, extruders, spinning equipment. However, fresh graduates will be considered.
3.General understanding of process control strategy and has a logical problem solving skill.
4.Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO9000)
5.Must work well in a team environment.
6.Self-motivated and good communication skill.
7.High initiative.
8.Basic PC skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for daily application.
9.Good Communication skills of oral & written English.
Responsibilities:
1.Implement MTI projects and deliver results to improve plant KPIs.
2.Optimize process conditions and develop procedures to improve plant performance.
3.Implement new technology to improve overall performance (Quality, Yield, Uptime & Cost).
4.Conduct plant tests and new product development.
5.Assist in developing standard operating procedures.
6.Assist in investigating product quality complaints from customers.
7.Assist in training and development of technicians and operators.
8.Key contributor to the Plant Quality Management System.
9.Responsible for providing specifications for Raw Materials, Packaging Material, Process Control and Final Products.
10.Provide second level support to operations for day to day product and quality issues.
11.Contributor to the Process Safety Management system of the plant.
