是德科技EEsof部门是电子设计自动化（EDA）行业的市场领导者和技术创新者。您将从事行业领先的半导体器件建模软件开发工作。您将加入我们最先进的半导体器件建模平台的软件开发项目，并支持来自世界各地的客户需求。您将直接与利用现代软件工程技术的强大敏捷软件开发团队合作。您将在一个国际团队中工作。
任职要求：
2020应届硕士或者博士毕业生，其他毕业离校未超过18个月的候选人也可以申请。
微电子，半导体，物理专业硕士或者博士毕业。有半导体器件测量，建模相关项目或者研究经验的优先。
有软件开发经验。熟悉Java或C/C++编程者优先。
积极主动，勤奋好学，有意愿长期从事EDA软件开发工作；
较强的中英文口头和书面沟通能力，可以与全球研发团队合作；
具有软件EDA、电路设计和仿真相关知识经验者优先
