          Position Purpose:          

• Manages the Euro-Pro Quality Inspector Team at Supplier. ·        
  
• Ensures that the Supplier Quality System is aligned to the Euro-Pro standards and customer specific requirements.
• Ensures that the Supplier Product Quality meets the Euro-Pro Quality Targets. ·        
  
• Promote Quality Processes at Supplier Company Wide. ·        
  
• Implement measures to minimize product liability risks while maximizing end customer satisfaction. ·         
• Promote Continuous Improvement in product quality and in Quality Assurance measures.

  

Key Performance Indicators:

  

• Field Return Rate for Supplier products to reduce by 20 base points or 0.2% (currently at …)
• Web Review ratings to reduce by 30 base points or 0.3% (currently …)
• Complete MRR for Supplier products as per the respective program timing, ensuring no disconnect between the MRR and the actual line performance at MP.
• Deploy effectively the 7 Gates of quality at all suppliers achieving Quality Target set for PSI Gate.

          Achieve goals/ objectives set by China Euro-Pro QA Manager/ VP Quality.

Position Requirements/ Experience/Certification: 

• Sound knowledge of QS, e.g. ISO9001 and quality improvement tools, e.g. SPC, FMEA.
• Good knowledge of Home Appliance products.
• Good knowledge of injection molding processes, mechanical and electronics assembly, manufacturing Efficiencies, advanced quality improvement techniques.
• Proficiency in writing, reading English.
• Good coordination skills and teamwork spirit.
• Demonstrated high level of engagement and self-motivation

• Demonstrated decision making capability: uses logic and insight to solve Quality System problems and create effective solutions.

• Certificate/Diploma in Electronic / Automation Engineering.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in ISO9001 (Documented Processes and Procedures).
• Knowledge of SA8000 (Social Accountability Practices), ISO14000 (Environmental Practices
