Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales to support our growth strategy.推动销售以支持我们的增长战略

2. Target new customers and develop existing accounts.开发新客户，维护老客户

3. Lead the local sales team and report to the GM sales-Greater China.领导当地销售团队，向大中华区销售总监汇报工作

4. Support corporate key accounts.维护公司关键合作客户

5. Identify market developments and customer demands.善于识别市场发展和客户需求

6. Provide business solutions that meet customer expectations.提供符合客户期望的业务解决方案

7. Set up guidelines and implement processes to guarantee customer satisfaction.建立规则及实施程序，以确保客户满意度

8. Provide sales reports in a timely and accurate manner.以及时的方式准确地提供销售报告

9. Frequent travel within China is required.中国国内需经常出差

Requirements:

1.Degree holder or above. Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales management preferably in logistics, supply chain, packaging.本科学位或以上，至少有5年以上的销售管理经验，尤其是在物流，供应链，包装方面

2. Sales driven, result oriented.以销售为目标，以结果为导向

3. Proven accomplishments in increasing sales turnover and profitability.在提高销售营业额和盈利能力方面证明取得的成就

4. Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure.自我激励，独立，能够在压力下工作

5. Strong analytical and organizational skills.具有较强的分析和组织能力

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.具有良好的沟通和表达能力

7. Competent in standard software applications, especially MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.精通办公软件，尤其是PPT和EXCEL

8. Fluent in written and spoken Putonghua and English. Can Speake Cantonese and other language a plus.能书写、表达流利的普通话和英语。能说粤语或其他语言可加分

9. Professional, Neat and well-spoken.形象专业整洁，说话大方得体
