· 协助总经理完成公司目标和年度采购计划

· 负责新项目的招标，供应商的筛选和管理以及商议价格，交期等贸易条件

· 有能力依据经验和数据提供解决方案

我们的要求：

教育背景：

· 商科或者技术学科全日制本科或者研究生学位

工作经验:

· 至少五年电子产品或者电子制造行业技术采购部门工作经验

· 至少三年有国际公司工作经验

· 有项目采购经验

· 熟悉供应链管理

· 了解除中国外的亚洲市场

· 团队协助

· 跨文化合作经验

· 高超的议价技巧

· 良好沟通

· 战略采购和良好的分析能力

语言和IT 软件

· 能够驾驭商务谈判的熟练的英语书写和口语能力

· 熟练操作MS办公软件，熟悉SAP

For our business expansion in Greater China we are looking for a young and dynamic Purchasing Manager:

About this job:

· To operate as Purchasing Manager located in Shenzhen in alignment with the company goals and the yearly goals of RRC global Purchasing group.

· To be responsibly in the fields of RFQs to Suppliers, Negotiations with suppliers, supplier management and schedule and project monitoring.

· To be a reliable and capable in making decisions in behalf of the company and in substitution of the General Manager and the Director of Global Purchasing

Our requirements

Education

· Bachelor or master Degree in Engineering and/or Business Administration

Working Experience:

· At least 5 years of professional experience in technical purchasing, e.g. in medical technology or the automotive industry.

· At least 3 years work experience in a German/ American or Western European company (international experience required)

· Experience with development and project purchasing

· Sound understanding of the purchasing and logistics chain

· Knowledge of the Asian procurement markets and their risks

· Great experience in the field of supplier management

· Experience in team leadership

· Intercultural competence (especially in relation to Europe/ )

· Diplomatic negotiation skills and assertiveness

· Team player and communication skills

· Strategic/ analytical and conceptual skills

· Entrepreneurial thinking (high quality and cost awareness)

Language

· Very good knowledge of written and verbal English

IT Skills

· Secure handling of standard IT systems such as MS Office and SAP/ MM

Additional Skills

· Self-confidence and reliability in appearance

· Working to capacity
