1. Analyze user's requirements and provide system solutions./能够分析用户的真实需求，并在现有系统基础上提供解决方案。

2. Complete user's requirements documents independently./具备独立将用户需求编制成需求文档的能力。

3. Be familiar with software development flow and lead the team for software development./熟悉软件开发常用流程，协调配合开发过程中各个阶段的工作，最终将需求文档转化为软件。

4. Tracking and reporting on software implementation process and issues./跟踪和跟进软件开发和实施过程中产生的问题。

招聘要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above. /要求本科及以上学历。

2. Having good ability to communication, expression, strong learning and professional. /需要具备良好的沟通和表达能力以及自学能力，要求具备优秀的职业素养。

3. Skilled in writing and reading English documents and fluency in English Spoken./ 具备流畅的英文沟通，和阅读书写能力。

4. Familiar with JAVA development, experience in system development and design./熟悉基本的JAVA语言开发，有过软件开发和设计经验。

5. Familiar with Linux ./熟悉Linux操作系统。

6. Above three years of experience with project analysis. /要求具备3年以上需求分析经验。
