Principal Roles & Responsibilities:

• Secure fit and workmanship requirements of Family Dollar at all time.
• Conduct Fit, Pre-production Sample and TOP Sample's approval.
• Communicate with vendor directly to solve fit issues.
• Correct paper pattern provided by vendor to achieve the fit as requested by Family Dollar
• Collaborate with the sourcing and merchandising teams in resolving issues, overcome any difficulties and constraints of projects and provide necessary support.
• Perform tasks and assignment as requested by the supervisor.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Apparel Technique or equivalent.
• Minimum10 years of relevant working experiences with multinational organizations preferably with exposure to US market.
• Good understanding on the garment process.
• [Softline] Be knowledgeable to use PLM to release comment to suppliers.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Positive attitude, open-minded, detailed oriented. A quick learner and good team player.
• Good interpersonal & communication skill. Ability to communicate with all levels.
• Good PC skills (eg MS Excel, Word and Outlook.).
• Temporary for 3 months.
