Job Summary:

Ultimate objective is to contribute to manufacturing management and engineering activities, to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets, along with good internal and external communications and cooperation.


Principal Accountabilities:
* Drive product quality and process continuous improvements in production
* Drive failure analysis and solutions to problems at suppliers, and for PCBA design improvement.
* Drive Engineering Change implementation related to electrical components
* Initiate and drive product cost reduction activities
* Monitor electronical parts quality & process
* Ensure manufacturing readiness for new products, especially on electrical components' process.
* Work with Development Team and NPI team for new product development builds
* Participate in OE (Operational Excellence) activities, and execute the selected OE projects

Minimum Requirements:
* Bachelor degree or above majored in Electronic Engineering and related engineering
* At least 5 years related working experience
* Fluent in written and spoken English, and mandarin as well.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Working in a multi-cultural or multi-national company preferred
