Job Description:

1. Business Development   

- On an ongoing basis review and introduce clinic services with a view to adapting them to changing local market requirements and competition

- Identify and penetrate new patient markets and develop initiatives to increase awareness while retaining existing patients in order to grow patient numbers together with Commercial team.  

2. Customer Service

- Promote a high standard of customer service and ensure quality control to improve aspects of customer service and patient care 

- Ensure that all clinic staff receives regular monthly training on key elements of service provision

- Ensure a clinic patient database is maintained in an accurate and a timely manner that such data are utilized in the promotion of customer service programs

- Maintain responsibility for all aspects of patient feedback through surveys, feedback mechanisms, complaint, suggestions and compliment handling

3. Clinic Services    

- Ensure clinic facilities and services are maintained a the highest level of operational standards including staffing, equipment and client support services

- Develop and maintain highest possible standards of clinical practice by medical, nursing and paramedical staff adhering to RMG quality management systems and local regulations.

- Develop and maintain clinic procedures and processes consistent with the RMG standards of practice and quality requirement.

4. Financial Management and Cost Control

- Budget, review and analyze revenue, cost of sales and other expenditure to ensure clinical procedures are ’costed ‘correctly

- Maintain sound management of all medications and disposables through an inventory system with inbuilt controls

 - Ensure billing is accurate and that patients are invoiced for all billable items and manage and control the Accounts Receivables  

5. Legal Requirements    

- Ensure that patient care is carried out with local regulations and legislation

- Ensure the clinic (pharmacy, laboratory, X-ray department etc) in complies with the local legislation as well as RMG standard operating procedures and policies   

6. Human Resources    

- Manage and implement clinic HR related activities such as recruitment, training and performance appraisal process together with the HR department.    

- Advise on career development and training needs and motivate a high level of performance    

- Facilitate a working environment that promotes openness and a trust relationship with all staff     

7. Others    

- Manage the clinic general administration work such as security, equipment and facilities management, working conditions, relationship with local authorities and department.

- Undertake any reasonable additional duties as determined by management from time to time

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or above

- 8 years or above experience in healthcare or medical industry of which at least 3 years management experience

- Excellent people management skill and willing to work with people from different background

- Proficient in both spoken and written English & Mandarin.
