——跟踪国外客户；出货全流程

——与生产计划沟通，满足客户交期：

——联系货代，确保报关资料，货及时到达指定地点；

——制作相应报关资料；

——定期催款；

—— 与生产和QC沟通及时处理客户投诉；

——填写公司数据库。以excel表格为主；

——与大客户每周沟通库存和下单情况，以excel形式；

—— 完成上级安排的任务；

—— 协助财务部办理出口退税；

—— 领导安排的其他工作；

（有较强的英语能力，读写流利，口语沟通流利）
