    1.电气、电子相关专业，大专或以上学历；

    2.3-5年以上半导体行业、安防监控、工业控制等行业销售工作经验，具有市场敏感度和业务开拓能力,能够分析市场动态及市场方向，把控市场开拓及整体布局

    3.反应敏捷、表达能力强，具备很强的销售谈判能力，企业内部和外部的沟通协调能力

    4.有责任心，能承受较大的工作压力，有团队协作精神，善于挑战

           

岗位职责：

    1.负责安防监控及工业控制电子行业客户的开发及拓展，跟踪重点客户项目进度，促使项目顺利量产

    2.与现有代理商合作，并从长远角度发展新的代理商资源

    3.整合代理商资源，推广新产品应用设计提高市场占有率

    4.及时、准确的了解客户信息，及时反馈客户资源信息，提出有效的市场运作及销售建议

    5.按时完成各类工作报告，收集整理一线市场信息并及时将客户反馈的需求提供给公司产品线
