供应商品质管理工程师

    

要求 / Requirement：

    

• 机械专业, 本科以上学历；/ Major in Mechanics; BS or higher level ;
• 英文:能熟练进行工作交流；/ English: being able to communicate fluently in daily work;
• 熟悉轻工业产品及其机械零配件（五金/塑胶/成品装配）的生产工艺；/ knowing well about mechanic components（metal, plastic, assembly) of consumer products & their manufacturing process；
• 5年以上在NPI,PE，SQE等岗位上的工作经验; 5+ years of working experience on either of R&D, new project management(NPI) ，supplier management or PE in manufacturing environment;
• 具备较强的品质意识，较高的生产现场品质管理水平及品质问题解决能力。/ possess great quality sense, on-site quality management skill & problem solving capability;
• 具备良好的品质沟通能力和品质谈判能力. / possess great communication/negotiation skill on quality issues.

    

工作内容 Job description：

    

• （~70%比重）跟进解决日常出货检验中和客户投诉的品质不良问题，指导供应商提高其生产品质水平；/ follow up the solution of the quality issues found in outgoing inspection & customer's complaint with the suppliers， guide the suppliers to improve their production quality performance;
• （~30%比重）新产品导入 / new project introduction in various subcontractor;
