工作目的：

结构工程师负责机械施工设计，提供和解决机械问题，并与设计、开发和制造商密切合作。

工作内容：

1. 新产品开发

- 3D 绘图、工具绘图制作和检查

- 美学设计与施工 3D 图纸审查及应用方案

- 以成本效益高的方式进行结构开发

2. 充分测试和评估

- 在结构、机械、材料和工艺方面进行评估

- 耐久性/寿命验证

- 可用性及安全评估

3.项目参与

- 寻找解决方案，以满足设计与客户的要求

- 提高生产质量，增加产量

- 故障分析与寻找所有测试故障的施工/材料/工艺解决方案

- 与不同各方（如美化设计团队、认证、质量和制造商）合作，促进项目移动

- 在运行生产中提高产量

4. .预测

- 预测当前订单中可能出现的技术挑战与问题，以便提前采取替代行动或纠正措施

- 研究并提供有关新技术、新产品或最新行业趋势的建议或想法

5.分析专利及与国内代理机构合作申请新专利

6. 其他

- 上级安排的其他工作

任职要求：

1. 基本要求

- 大专及以上学历

- 从开始到交付项目，有10年以上的扎实工程经验

2. 知识

- 在处理消费类电子产品/小家电产品/智能厨房电器产品设计方面有丰富的知识与经验，拥有额外的项目知识为加分项

- 熟悉小家电产品结构

- 非常熟悉塑料/金属模具、注射/涂层/喷涂/冲孔/装配工艺

- 熟悉电气结构和EN60335/LVD或UL要求。

Job purpose：

The Mechanical Engineer is responsible for mechanic construction design, solution provided and solve mechanical problems. He/she works closely with design & development and manufacturers.

Job description：

1. New product development

- 3D drawing, tooling drawing make and check

- Esthetic design and construction 3D drawing review and application proposal

- Construction development in cost-effective way

2. Sample testing and evaluation

-Sample evaluation in construction, mechanical, material and workmanship wise.

-Endurance/lifetime verification

-Usability and safety evaluation

3. Project involvement

- Solution searching to fulfill design and customer’s requirements.

- Solve problems in production to improve the quality and increase the output.

-Failure analysis and search solutions in construction/material/workmanship for all testing failures

-Communicate with different parties (e.g. esthetic design team, certification, quality, and manufacturer) to boost project moving.

- Product improvement in running production.

4. Forecasting

-Anticipate possible technical challenges and problems in the current order so that alternative actions or corrective measures can be taken in advance

-Research and give suggestions or ideas about new technologies or new products or latest industry trends

5. Analyze patents and cooperate with domestic agencies to apply for new patents

6. Others

-Ad hoc projects as required by the supervisor

-The mechanical engineer is required to have business trips mainly in China that may create stressful situation

Requirement ：

1. Basic Requirements

-Tertiary education(College or above) in mechanics or equivalent

-10+ years solid engineering experience for a project from start to delivery.

2. Knowledge

- Strong knowledges and experiences in handling CE & SDA/smart kitchen appliances products design, additional project knowledge is an advantage

- Familiar with SDA (Small Domestic Appliance) engineering in mechanical construction.

- Very familiar with plastic/metal tooling, injection/coating/spray/punching/assembly processes

- Familiar with electrical construction and EN60335/LVD or UL requirements.

3. Skills / Key competencies

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

- Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure in a fast-moving environment

- Fair in written English

- Good computer skills in MS office

- Good communication skills

- Strong and effective project handling capability

5. Others

- Experience in overseas buying office will be a definite advantage
