岗位职责：

1、负责进出口运输全程操作的管理，包括订舱、协调、调度、异常的跟踪、及时处理等；

2、熟悉与操作有关的业务流程，能指导下级解决问题；

3、指导和监督操作有关工作的及时性、准确性、规范性；

4、有效检测操作系统的运行和管理工作；

5、及时处理客户投诉及维护良好的客户关系。

岗位要求：

1、全日制大专及以上学历，英语熟练；

2、3年以上货代操作管理经验；

3、熟悉报关、报检流程，及时掌握外经贸、海关、商检的新政策、新信息，制定相应的解决方案及操作作业系列程序；

4、有较强的沟通能力及团队合作能力，并且善于处理各种突发事件；

5、熟悉各岗各环节运输注意事项，善于总结，管控操作流程。
