1.        Assist in preparing office monthly performance report & projections to management, and explain major variances for all lines on the income statement.

2.        Update office backlog versus capacity report and provide supportive financial information to management for a better control of business and resource.

3.        Work closely with project directors and project managers on project planning and management, including project earning analysis and billing/collection forecast.

4.        Track project team utilization weekly, and analyze the fluctuations.

5.        Assist in compiling annual financial budgets.

6.        Assist in preparing management reports and conducting ad hoc analysis for managerial purposes.

7.        Assist in project contracting process and routine invoicing process, including preparation of new client credibility report, reviewing and tracking project invoice schedule.

Experiences and Requirements

l  Bachelor or Master Degree with a major in Accounting, Finance or related area required

l  Detail oriented, well organized and planned ahead. Ability to multi-task in a results oriented business environment

l  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

l  Fluent written and spoken English

l  Proficient in excel

l  Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required

l  4-5 year experience in a Finance function
