? Meet the annual goals, including growth of revenue;
? Provide insurance broker/consultancy service to local clients, identify and solve clients’ problems independently;
? Focus on major industries of Central region, especial for export-oriented enterprise and contribute new renewable business to more Business Unites, such as GRM, CPI, FSPG, TC and H&B, etc,
? Give clients one-stop advice on the best insurance products with regard to covering different risks;
? Clean account receivables falling into requested period;
? Study and comply with company policy, Broker Guides, System requirements, E&O Compliance, etc.in the daily work;
?  This position is based in Shanghai and reporting to BD head of Central region.
 
Job requirements:
? A recognized University degree
? Min 5-year experience in insurance company or broker working experience
? Able to communicate and professionally interact with people
? Track record in sales and new business origination
? Track record in dealing with large corporations
? Excellent team player including ability to work well with teams in business unites, across organizational boundaries
? Excellent understanding of industrial insurance local market
? Excellent sales and marketing skills
