Customer Service Officer 客服专员 （1年）

What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide expertise on internal and external customer service, and have close collaboration with Field Sales, Inside Sales (IS), Quote Specialist / Marketing, Warehouse and Logistics

为内部、外部客户提供专业服务，和区域销售、内部销售、报价\市场专员、仓库及物流的团队的同事紧密合作。

·        Responsible for the Order to Invoice Process including: order entry & maintenance, value added order entry & follow up; inbound customer order management, shipping arrangement.

·        负责从订单到发票的流程，具体包含：订单的录入和维护，以及订单增值部分的跟进，管理入境客户的订单文件，安排出货

·        Collaborate with Field Sales, Inside Sales (IS), Quote Specialist / Marketing, Warehouse and Logistics as below:

和区域销售、内部销售、报价\市场专员、仓库及物流的团队的同事紧密合作，例如：     

1.     Support Sales team with direct customer contact following the demand planning and quality assurance processes.

根据需求计划和质量保证流程，通过与客户的直接洽谈的方式来支持销售团队

2.     Closely collaborate with Field Sales to maintain inventory at optimized level.

通过与区域销售的紧密合作，保持合理的库存水平

3.     Assist Inside Sales to complete process from quotation to ordering.

辅助内部销售完成从报价到订单的目标

            

·        Responsible for overall customer management as well as handling customer returns, resolving customers’ enquiries, etc..

负责客户管理，以及处理客户退货，解答客户的询问
