RESPONSIBILITIES：

Digital content creativity and development on:

Social Platform by campaign base (70%)

• Owned media: MARNI Weibo, Wechat, RED
• Earned media: IWOM and buzz communication
• Paid media and relationship: KOLs
• Assist Marketing Manager to plan and execute social projects by campaign and retainer basis and handle other IWOM platforms communication.
• Rich working experience in social campaign and digital content management on main social platforms, such as RED, Weibo, Wechat is preferred.
• High sensitivity to fashion hotspots with strong copy skills.
• Leverage social listening tools to monitor the brand and competitor’s social performance and best practice for internal sharing and learning.

EC platform by campaign base (10%)

Liaise with MARNI EC team to manage the EC content on T-mall, Wechat Mini program, etc.

Others (20%)

• Assist Marketing Manager to execute PR & marketing projects by campaign.
• Finance document and process support

REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual in Chinese & English.
• Above 5 years related digital content experience in fashion/ cosmetics industry
• Rich working experience in social campaign and brand Wechat/Weibo/RED management is preferred. With strong sense in digital content including social copywriting, visual shooting, video production, etc.
• Familiar with all kinds of social platforms (hot apps, RED, Tik tok, Bilibili/ weibo, wechat/ related vertical media) and tools (H5, viral video production, hi-tech approach on new media, etc.)
• High sensitivity to fashion/beauty hotspots
• Keen sensitive to competitor action and pioneering spirit in exploring new creative ideas in digital communication universe
• Logical thinking, strong interpersonal communication & convincing skills
• Quick learner, strong project management skills with self-motivation and cooperative team spirit
• KPI achieved and result driven
