Essential Function 1: BU strategy implementation
1. Responsible for the Consumer sales target and CoMa% target achievement under segment strategy
2. Management of existing accounts in S. China and distributors as well as development of new customers
3. In charge of accounts receivables and overdue payment collection
Essential Function 2: New business development
1. Visits customers with Tech/Mkt to assist with new products launches & market intelligence gathering
2. Generate new business opportunities by the introduction of existing products
Essential Function 3:
1. Provide monthly sales forecast on product level to ensure a proper production planning
2. Usage of CRM: regularly input/update the opportunities and customers activities in CRM
