1、 基于2G/3G/4G, SigFox, LoRa无线网络的GNSS定位追踪器技术支持；

2、 处理客户提出的技术问题，协助客户解决问题；

3、 客户问题跟踪、状态维护，客户关系管理；

4、 根据客户的应用情况，为客户提供可行的解决方案。

1、Telematics hardware configurations, architectures, testing, debugging and fault isolation.

2、Working with Engineering, R&D team to determine effective technical solutions for customer applications and fixing any applications specific issue that have arisen in the field.

3、Answering customer technical service calls and working technical issues to closure.

4、Working with Sales to help close technical sales and leading technical evaluation phases of the products by customers.

5、Handling customer complaints and requests over the phone or email.

6、Issue & lead resolution and communication with sales/quality/engineering teams on the technical issues.

7、Assisting customers to define hardware configurations suitable for customer needs.

任职要求

1、 通讯工程、电子工程、无线电、计算机、自动控制等相关专业本科以上；

2、 有独立分析和解决问题的能力；

3、 善于沟通，善于总结，才思敏捷，外向乐观； 

4、 具有很好的团队合作精神，对工作认真负责，具备客户服务意识，积极主动，具有较强的工作抗压能力。

5、  CET-4以上，能熟练英语阅读、书写和正常口语沟通；

6、 有法语基础，能正常法语沟通，交流者尤佳；

7、 有手机、无线模块开发、测试或无线模块应用技术支持经验者优先；

8、 了解GSM / WCDMA / LTE, SigFox, LoRa无线模块应用，熟悉AT指令，能使用AT指令执行SMS，电话呼叫，数据业务等操作者优先；有单片机开发经验者优先；长期从事物联网技术支持工作者优先;
