1、部门资料的接收、发放管理工作；

2、部门各项事项申请及审批的提交、回复工作；

3、部门各类报表的统计、汇总工作，按规则的筛选工作；

4、员工考勤的统计与整理，办公用品的申购、发放及日常管理；

5、协助上级处理各项日常事务

任职要求：

1、高中以上学历，熟悉常规性办公软件操作；

2、1年以上本职位工作经验，熟悉公司流程，， 优秀者应届毕业生均可；

3、良好的沟通能力、应变能力，具有强烈的责任心；

4、能独立有效地完成本职工作及解决本职范围内碰到的问题，服从性及全局观念强。
