岗位职责：

1、基础运营工作及协助策划店铺活动，并对活动效果进行跟踪评估，及时提出营销改进措施，提升店铺点击率及浏览量，聚集流量及人气，完成销售目标（含手机店铺）

2、运用电商平台内部推广工具，精准提升顾客转化率；（含手机店铺）

3、每日店铺活动钻展的同行图片设计与KIM对接钻展的做图要求，字体等元素；（含手机店铺）

4、负责店铺整体规划协助，包括提升店铺人气和服务质量，视觉定位，推广品牌，交易管理、纠纷管理、评价管理监督，客服水平提升等与电商运营相关工作

5、领导交办的其他事项

Founded in 1989, X. J. Group is a leading manufacturer of electrical appliances,
electronic scales, cookware and bakeware in Shenzhen, China. Now we have
