? Lead the "functional safety" efforts on the Project by conducting and supervising safety relevant tasks.

? Plan/coordinate/track all activities related to functional safety according to ISO 26262, in all relevant phases of the project, e.g. negotiate DIA and Safety Requirements with customer’s Safety Manager, create Safety Plan and Safety Case.

? Support the Project Manager and the Technical leaders to guarantee that the safety related activities are carried out according to DIA and Safety Plan.

? Support R&D Quality during internal reviews of Functional Safety Process.

? Support the Safety Assessor in planning and conducting the Safety Assessment.

? Organize and lead internal and external Project team meetings on Safety related topics.

? Regular reporting to Project team, Management and customer’s Safety Manager.

? Support the Safety culture across the Organisation.

任职要求：

? At least 1 year in Functional Safety in Automotive/Rail/Biomedical sectors.

? Preferred Degree in Engineering Electronic or Telecommunication or basic electric/electronic knowledge.

? Knowledge and experience in (at least one field) electronics, embedded SW or system control strategy.

? Experience in Software Quality and process ( e.g., SPICE, CMMI ).

? Experience with Products Development Life Cycle (Systems, Software).

? Knowledge of Requirements Management tools ( e.g., DOORS ).

? Experience with system engineering approaches (requirements engineering / management, functional analysis and allocation, architecture design, validation and verification) and experience with change & configuration management.

? You are familiar with automotive development and quality process (FMEA/FTA methods/tools) 

? Very good knowledge of English.

? Team working.

? Good communication and leading skills.
