Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Champion market research projects to evaluate opportunities, validate strategic thinking on trends in the focused industries and associated markets, conduct rigorous quantitative portfolio and market intelligence analyses - including primary and secondary research, support analyses with sound data collection.

· Manage and coordinate all aspects of the market research process from proposal writing,

research design, gaining approval of research tools, analysis and interpretation of results through to preparation of reports and delivery of presentations.

· Establish best practices and lead competitive monitoring programs driving insights as it

relates to traditional and emerging competitors and ensure timely communication on key impacts to Aon-COFCO.

· Participate in development of the company strategy, including identifying and investigating

growth opportunities for entering new markets, technologies, channels and geographies.

· Manage external vendors (data collection, data processing, results reporting etc.) to ensure that reliable results are delivered in a timely, cost-efficient manner.

· Work effectively with multiple projects and cross-functional teams.

· Provide support to senior management on the strategic issues management on an as needed basis: prepare for the business review, develop presentations, speeches, and outlines, and coordinate business review and strategic meetings.

· This role will be an integral part of supporting Strategy & Marketing team.

Work Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

· Bachelor's or master's degree required in any discipline with strong academic performance in analytic and quantitative coursework.

· 2-4 years of experience in an analytical, consulting, operations or business role.

· 2+ years of research experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify relevant findings, conducting primary and secondary research utilizing qualitative and quantitative data.

· Experience in a high performing consulting, strategic planning, or finance environment,

demanding a sophisticated approach to understanding strategic needs, financial/market models, competitive trends and business impact.

· Strong organizational and project management skills.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Close attention to detail, with a quality-focused mindset.

· Self-discipline for planning and organizing tasks.

· Must have working knowledge of computers and software applications commensurate with the position.

· Fluent in both Mandarin & English (oral and written).
