基本要求：
1.机械或电气工程专业的学士学位
2.塑料机械，磨具，设备工程等领域的设计师，5年以上的工作经验。
3.熟练掌握企业机械元件和弹性力学的计算方法。
4.精通液压工程，电气工程等。
5.熟悉中国机械设备供应商市场。
6.焊接和加工过程中的专业知识。
7.希望对三维CAD造型，SAP Autodesk Inventor的BOM管理上有丰富经验。
8.熟悉接口设计和采购，物流，进货检验，装配。
9.流利的普通话和英语（口头，书面）会德语者优先考虑
10.丰富的人事管理经验


Requirements:
- Bachelor degree major in mechanical or electrical engineering.
- At least 5years working experience as designer, ideally in the fields of plastics machinery, press design, mould carriers, plant engineering, special purpose machinery
- Firm knowledge of calculation methods for machine elements and elastostatics
- Expertise in pneumatics, ideally hydraulics
- Knowledge of electrical engineering
- Good knowledge of supplier markets for machinery equipment in China
- Expertise in welding and machining processes in order to actively promote cost reductions on purchased parts.
- Well experienced in 3D CAD moudeling, ideally Autodesk Inventor, experience with BOM administration and material flow logistics within SAP
- Willingness to run the interfaces between design and purchasing, logistics, incoming inspection, assembly and documentation
- Fluent in Mandarin and English communication (verbal, written), ideally German
- Experienced in personnel management
