Job Description：
1. Support recruitment direct marketing campaigns using email newsletters and social media tools to MLES graduates, staff, teachers, alumni, universities, recruitment partners, and advertising platforms;
2. Monitor and review global marketing content to ensure compliance with brand policies and standards, ensure consistency across media platforms for global branding and recruitment campaigns;
3. In collaboration with ESL and Certified Recruitment Managers, contribute to campaigns, edit and post content which informs and engages potential candidates, including frequently asked questions, campus profiles, benefits descriptions;
4. Monitor and support global marketing communication channels including Facebook, Linked In, Twitter, Youtube, Instagram, Wechat, Glassdoor; manage online support forums, support online and offline recruitment fairs and webinars;
5. Provide offline/online recruitment event support including booth set-up, company introductions, giveaways, and inquiry forms; provide at-event support when required;
6. Curate and maintain pre-interview, post-interview, orientation and handover programs and contacts for international teachers; collect data via surveys;
7. Adapt content such as books, brochures, and MLES materials for use in online recruitment channels; edit and create brand promotion media files as required, including video files, banners and photos; manage and maintain GRO media repository;
8. Support administrative office tasks including contract management, document verification, contracts, and submission during peak seasons;
9. Other tasks assigned by department director.
Requirements
1. English is the primary working language, excellent in both written and spoken LEVEL TEM 8 or higher;
2. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in communications, education, marketing or related major;
3. 4+ years’ work experience in marketing, sales or web services;
4. Strong sense of style, logic, problem-solving, processes and standards;
5. Detail-oriented, high sense of responsibility, and able work independently and highly organized;
6. Strong communication skills, good team spirit and capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure, high level of personal integrity;
7. Competent with media editing tools such as Photoshop, video editing tools, social media marketing automation tools;
8. Familiar with online technology platforms such as WordPress, Wechat official accounts, Salesforce, Zapier, Zoom webinars, etc.;
9. Overseas study, overseas working experience or Maple Leaf graduates are preferred.
