1. Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR operation process, 100% align with both local compliances.

2. Leverage all HR system, reporting and analytics tools effectively to ensure data integrity and accuracy and provide high quality HR data analysis and reports.

3. Manage HR systems covering data update, export, report generation, data analysis, etc. Collect and consolidate employee movement information and maintain system accordingly.

4. Lead or facilitate employment transaction based on defined operations processes to ensure quality delivery & compliance, including pre-onboarding & onboarding, exit process, contract renew, internal transfer, etc, and make contribution on the related procedure improvement if needed.

5. Manage external payroll and social security vendors' service delivery upon agreed KPI to provide quality service on mandatory insurance in & out, financial report, etc,.

6. Provide ad-hoc operational and project support for assigned process.
