职位描述
Build and lead a professional, efficient and high level technical team
Coach team to grow in terms of technical level and professionalism as well
Localize and update product catalogue with close collaboration with marketing, sales and factory team etc
Develop and commercialize local Chinese product
Localize and commercialize innovation product
Localize and commercialize customized product based on product concept
BOM and process SOP management
Visit customers and market on regular basis with team
Manage expo and exhibition from technical side
Maintain smooth communication with HQ located in Italy
Requirements:
- Batchelor Degree with technical background
- Report to GM
- 5 years of management experience in similar roles.
- Candidates with experience with the following processes/industries will be preferred: aluminum extrusion profiles profile, powder or/and liquid painting on aluminum, zinc plating, windows and doors hardware, windows and doors systems
- English proficiency
