VRM Specialist's responsibilities will include:

- Build, lead and manage Jumia Global vendor education and communications to support vendors to achieve success in Jumia marketplace and improve vendor satisfaction.

- Lead the design, development, implementation and ongoing management of Jumia Global Vendor Education program including Jumia University, onboarding training/test, online courses, online Q&A, offline courses and etc.

- Explore and manage various channels for timely, accurate and high-quality vendor communications/interactions.

- Collaborates with cross-functional business teams to identify and prioritize the vendor experience initiatives based on feedback.

- Act as important focal in GVC project to achieve the target.

Who we′re looking for:

- Bachelor degree or above;

- 2+ year experience in training and development or e-commerce;

- Highly motivated self-starter to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;

- Strong presentation/facilitation skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills;

- Proficient in Mandarin and English.
