职位描述
Principle Tasks:
1. Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) Request / Authorize new supplier to use PCM, SRM tool
2. Engage IT department as needed to provide further access to Portal depending on supplier/manufacturer requirements
3. Monitor PCM mail box for emails for ext. user community, default point of contact for all supplier inquiries related to PCM
4. Prepare and administer the RFQ process (creation of projects, sending RFQ´s, tracking of status, drive suppliers to data entry completion)
5. Validate Supplier RFQ feedback for completeness, consistency with historical entries, data formats, prepare saving tracking overviews
6. Issues statistics on Portal usage
7. Support SP managers in all SRM /PCM related topics
8. Ensure data quality assurance regarding supplier master data in Xcitec, Agile, SAP
Supplementary Tasks:
1. Close cross-functional collaboration with GCE, R&D, Product Line Management (PLM), Supply Chain Management, QM, Operations
2. Support of strategic procurement activities within ADVA globally
3. International collaboration with different ADVA sites
4. Other duties as required.

Skills / Qualifications / Training / Experience:
1. Degree in IT Administration and/or Business Administration with strong technical understanding
2. Help Desk technical profile with emphasis on supporting Internet applications
3. 3 - 5 years of work experience
4. Very good analytical as well as communication skills
5. Excellent internal & external customer skills, business-fluent English
6. Team Player, ability to work under pressure, reliability, mobility
7. Has undertaken previous online support & problem solving role
8. Familiarity with commercial / sourcing data requirements, supplier background and empathy
9. Able to track, follow through and complete
10. Can work as part of an international team
11. Good time management skills and ability to control and measure own workload
12. Agile, Xcitec, Emptoris Know-How would be nice to have but is no requirement
Success Criteria:
1. Diplomatic nature in an international environment
2. Tough but fair treatment of supplier
3. Pro-active and strategic thinking
4. Win-win approach
5. "Make it happen' mentality
