BU Description:
- China Rapid Solutions Center (RSC) is under GCG Software Lab Services and Solutions Group, directing by Michael Hu, in CDL.
- As a cost center, China RSC would provide Industry Solution delivery skills, for IBM global clients on affordable and effective cost, to deliver high-quality projects, with adoption of solution assets.
- As a competency center, China RSC would support China and Asia client projects more effectively, so to help Industry Solution Software business growth.
Job Responsibilities:
- Make detail design following architectural design made by IT Architect.
- Lead a sub-team taking the responsibility of developing of a sub-system.
- Supervise on the development and test job done by consultant.
- 60% to 70% travel, either in GCG, or in North America
Job Requirements (skills/experiences):
Mandatory:
- Above 4 years experiences in IT project development and delivery.
- At least one year experiences in leading team of 2~4 members.
- Experience with Object Oriented Analysis and Design.
- Fluent in English communication both orally and in writing.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent programming skills in J2EE, including JSP, XML, Servlet, JAX(P/B), JMS, JDBC, Struts, JSF, Internationalization and Localization, etc.
- XML related technology - XML Parser using DOM/SAX, XPath, XSLT.
- Good knowledge of Unix/Windows 2000, Oracle/ SQL Server/ DB2, application server such as WebSphere, WebLogic, etc.
Desirable:
- Experience on Supply Chain Management or B2B solutions.
- Experience on WebSphere Commerce product.
- Experience on Sterling Commerce product.
- Experience with system architecture.
- Experience in Eclipse and RCP.
- Experience in Project Configuration Management.
Qualifications(Education/Major/Certificates):
- Degree: Master or Bachelor degree, major in CS or equivalent.
- Java/J2EE certificates are desirable.
- IBM product skills certificates are desirable.
