OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

  

- Plan and coordinate operations activities day-to-day and month to month to achieve the results and standards expected on gross profit, productivity and efficiency. Ensure available resources are used effectively across teams.

  

- Take initiative to identify growth opportunities and innovative new ways of operations. Provide direct leadership to effective deploy innovative practices and technologies leading to significant growth on gross profit, productivity and efficiency.

  

- Ensure systems are used and people are trained to achieve the highest standards of safety and operational excellence. Contribute to improvement of systems, processes and standards, and to sustainability in safety and environmental performance.

  

- Maximise profitability through leading the day to day performance of an end-to-end work or operational process.

      

SKILLS ESSENTIAL OF THE JOB

- At least 10 years relevant working experience in Ocean Freight with at least 3 years in Manager level.

- Strong sense of responsibility and compressive ability.

  

- Good problem solving skill, good communication skill, motivation, ability to prioritize tasks, delegation and selection.

- Good command of English level, including listening, speaking, reading and writing.

- Market awareness and transport options knowledge, and working knowledge of Freight Forwarding.

拓领环球货运代理（深圳）有限公司为拓领集团在深圳的分公司。公司业务涉及货物运输的信息咨询及仓储业务、无船承运业务；承办海运、陆运、空运进出口货物、国际展品、私人物品及过境货物的国际运输代理业务。
 
办公地点：罗湖区彭年广场41层全层.
办公时间：7.5小时/天，5天/周. 周末双休
