职责描述：

Purpose of Job:

Technical service of responsible applications to support direct sales as well as bridging to repeat sale.

Provide onsite assistance in catalyst loading, start-up and operating.

Support sales in preparing performance predictions and participate in sales meeting as required.

Essential Function 1: Sales Assistance

1. Conduct technical communication / calculations and responsible for the documentation of results.

2. Prepare technical proposal for sales / engineering companies

3. Participate in client meetings to support sales as required

Essential Function 2: After Sales Service

1. Organize and perform technical services on site such as loading/start-up/shut-down assistance and data evaluations

2 Supervise / Operate / Manage the loading machines / tools during technical service

3 Plant / catalyst operation trouble-shooting

4 Plant data collecting, analysis and optimization recommendations

5 Support to conduct customer's operating optimization to achieve maximum catalysts' performance

Essential Function 3: Knowledge Management

1. Shares know-how proactively to support Clariant's capabilities for problem solving

2. Liaise with Product Manager, Application Expert, Sales and R&D

3. Contribute to compilation and maintenance of Design Guidelines

4 Support to improve/identify the understanding of value proposition of responsible applications

5 Train new TS Engineers in proper techniques for catalyst start-up, loading, technical evaluations

Essential Function 4: Customer relationship building

1. Building relationship with production/ operation function of customers/prospects.

Education:

Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering Technology, Chemical Engineering or Chemistry, Master Degree is preferred

At least 5 years of experience of operation in Chemical plant, minimum 3 years experience in PDH plant.

Good computer skills and knowledge of standard technical programs; Commercial attitude

Fluent in English is preferred
